Yan Wang joined Frost Law in 2026 as a Law Clerk, bringing a sophisticated international perspective to the firm. She earned her LL.M. and a Graduate Certificate in Business Law from the USC Gould School of Law and is currently a J.D. candidate at the University of Baltimore (expected 2027). With a foundational degree in Editing and Publishing Science, Yan combines meticulous analytical skills with a deep understanding of business law to support clients through complex legal challenges.
