Zoha Sohail is a law clerk at Frost Law. She was born and raised in Pakistan. She has worked as a Licensed Tax Attorney in Pakistan for a few years. Zoha moved to the U.S to pursue her dream of becoming a Tax Attorney in the U.S because her immediate family is also settled in the U.S.
Zoha moved to San Diego and started her Master’s degree in Tax Law. After she graduated, Zoha started working at a private law firm in San Diego. She moved from San Diego to Maryland because of marriage. She is so excited to be part of the team at Frost Law.

Past Employment Positions
During Zoha’s course work at the University of San Diego School of Law, she was part of their award-winning federal tax clinic where she assisted clients with their various tax disputes. There she had the opportunity to conduct client interviews, review supporting documents, and advocate for them by negotiating with the IRS Office of Appeals, as well as IRS counsel to attempt to reach a settlement agreement.
After obtaining her LL.M law degree, Zoha worked for tax attorney Richard Carpenter in San Diego as his law clerk. she assisted Richard on various different tax controversial matters for his small business and high wealth individual clients.
