Andrew Tepeneu is a law student at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, expecting his J.D. in 2027. He previously graduated from Baruch College in 2021 with a B.B.A. in Finance and minors spanning Tax Policy and Political Science.

Before entering law school, Andrew developed a strong foundation in corporate compliance and real estate litigation. He assisted with tax reporting and compliance efforts at Goldman Sachs within their Tax Reporting Group. Additionally, he served as a litigation paralegal at a NYC-based real estate firm, a role he built upon as a subsequent summer extern in the residential real estate sector.

At Villanova Law, Andrew has actively applied his academic training, notably competing as a national semifinalist in the ABA Law Student Tax Challenge. His practical training also includes working with the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship, where he advised organizational clients on the tax nuances of profit and nonprofit structures, as well as entity formation. These milestones have cultivated his dedicated interest in business planning and tax law.
