Thomas Fowlkes came to Frost Law in 2026, bringing with him a purpose-driven work ethic developed during his time as a U.S. Army Infantryman in the elite 10th Mountain Division. Complementing this background in operational leadership, he completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in political science. Currently, Thomas is further developing his legal acumen at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he is working toward his Juris Doctor (J.D.) with a projected 2027 graduation.

At the firm, Thomas applies the discipline and resilience from his military background to rigorous client advocacy. Known for his straightforward communication style and pragmatic approach, he focuses on helping clients manage intricate legal challenges with steady, clear-headed guidance. He works to deliver strategic, focused assistance across the firm’s main practice sectors, including tax, business law, estate planning, bankruptcy, and litigation.
