Qiara Butler approaches her legal work with a strong commitment to clear communication and practical client support, particularly in tax-related matters. She joined Frost Law as an Associate in 2026, bringing with her a background in Commercial Litigation. Qiara’s academic journey began at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and later a Master of Public Administration, before going on to complete her Juris Doctor at the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2024. She recently expanded her practice with admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, giving her the ability to represent clients in federal court. Qiara also dedicates time to community leadership: she is a member of the Alliance of Black Women Attorneys of Maryland, Inc., sits on the Executive Board of Maryland Legal Aid’s Equal Justice Associates, and participates in the LifeBridge Leadership Society, working with fellow leaders to support meaningful change.
