Abigail Caldwell joined Frost Law as an Associate in 2026, bringing with her prior experience at a small firm where she focused on Tax Controversy matters. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of North Alabama in 2018, then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law in 2022. During law school, Abigail served as a Student Attorney in the Legal Clinic and worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm outside of her coursework. Following graduation, she spent a semester studying tax law at New York University, further sharpening her focus in the field. Abigail’s educational background gave her a strong foundation for her legal career, and she has become a valuable member of the Frost Law team. Clients appreciate her approachable nature and her diligent, thorough approach to their cases, which helps ease the stress that often comes with tax matters. She places real importance on personalized service and works to build lasting, trusting relationships with those she represents. Outside the office, Abigail spends her time painting, reading, and enjoying the company of her cats.
