Colleen Garrity serves as a law clerk at Frost Law, focusing her efforts on tax law research and case preparation. Prior to pursuing her legal education, she worked as an Internal Revenue Service revenue officer, managing collection cases directly with taxpayers. This background provides her with distinct insight into how the government approaches disputes, which she leverages when assisting on the taxpayer’s behalf. Colleen is currently earning her Juris Doctor at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (expected graduation 2028) and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University. At the firm, she supports attorneys in resolving complex client matters.
