Renuka helps private clients, family offices, and their advisers resolve complex tax, estate planning, and structuring issues. She is an experienced attorney from Australia, having worked in large Australian law firms and international accounting firms prior to relocating to the United States, where she headed the US-Australia Tax Desk for an international tax and family office consulting firm.
Renuka’s areas of expertise include Australian and US federal taxes, trusts, US-Australian cross-border transactions and business structuring, foreign grantor trusts and beneficiary issues, and succession and estate planning for wealthy families. She is regularly published in the Taxation in Australia and Tax Specialist journals on tax, trusts, and cross-border issues, and she has also presented on these topics for The Tax Institute of Australia and the Leo Cussen Centre for Law.  Renuka also acts as a pro bono adviser to the CEO and Boards of several not-for-profit organizations in the US and Australia.
