Renuka assists private clients, family offices, and their advisers resolve complex domestic and international tax, estate planning, and structuring issues. She is an experienced attorney in both the United States and Australia. She has previously worked in large Australian law firms and international accounting firms, and also headed the US-Australia Tax Desk for a US-based international tax and family office consulting firm.
Her areas of expertise include Australian and US federal and international taxes, trusts, cross-border transactions and business structuring, foreign grantor trusts and beneficiary issues, and succession and estate planning for wealthy international families.
Renuka is regularly published in the Taxation in Australia and Tax Specialist journals on tax, trusts and cross-border issues, and she has presented on these topics in Australia and in the US. Renuka also acts as a pro bono adviser to the CEO and Boards of several not-for-profit organizations.
