Joining Frost Law in Annapolis, MD, in 2025, Kelly brings a versatile and seasoned background to her role as a paralegal. She is a proud alumnus of the University of Maryland, College Park, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Spanish. This unique educational pairing has been instrumental in cultivating her ability to clearly and efficiently interact with clients and professional counterparts, offering the added benefit of fluency in both English and Spanish. Before coming to Frost Law, Kelly built a robust skill set spanning several key areas of practice, including probate, family law, workers’ compensation claims, and personal injury cases. Her deep familiarity with legal administration and varied procedural knowledge establishes her as a cornerstone of support for the firm and its clients. A long-time resident of Southern Maryland, Kelly’s personal time involves strength training, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, reading, and dog companionship with Oakley.
