Candice Miller is an attorney in our Tax Controversy Department. She assists both individuals and businesses with a combination of tax controversy matters and the Employee Retention Credit. Previously, Candice worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kevin F. Arthur on the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland where she researched a spectrum of legal issues and aided in judicial opinion writing.

Candice graduated at the top of her class at the University of Baltimore School of Law (UB). While in law school, Candice worked as a Student Attorney with the UB Tax Clinic, externed at Frost law, and served as an Associate Editor of the UB law forum. She also served as an Ambassador of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), a Representative of the Young Lawyers Section, a volunteer for the Maryland Access to Justice Commission, and a student liaison for the American Bar Association (ABA) Law Practice Division. In addition to her work with professional associations, Candice was a captain for UBs softball team.
