Assata Ash-Shakoor joined the firm in 2025 as an Intake & Engagement Specialist. She is the first person new clients speak with, conducting initial appointments and evaluating potential cases. With a background in public relations and business administration from Towson University, Assata brings a people-centered approach to her work. Before this role, she helped raise over $10,000 for the United Breast Cancer Foundation through fundraising efforts.
