Abigail helps businesses navigate the complexities of corporate law, drawing on her diverse background in both private practice and government. She graduated with honors from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she earned a certificate in business law and gained hands-on experience in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic, assisting clients with their business ventures and drafting essential contracts. Following her time at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Corporate Division, Abigail worked at a Baltimore law firm, focusing on commercial real estate and transactional matters. A Kansas City native, she holds an honors degree in Philosophy and Religion from Truman State University. When she’s not practicing law, Abigail enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and dog.
