Robert Hamilton joined Frost & Associates as an attorney in July 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he was the managing attorney of the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at MidPenn Legal Services in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While at MidPenn, Robert assisted clients in resolving their federal, state and local income tax debt, including representation in IRS audit and appeal matters. He also conducted educational events and seminars about issues affecting low-income taxpayers, and appeared on local radio and TV programs to promote the Clinic's services.

Robert also practiced law in Pennsylvania as an associate for two Harrisburg area law firms, specializing in tax planning and preparation, estate planning and administration, bankruptcy, municipal, and real estate law.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law in 2008. During law school, Robert was a member for the Widener Law Journal, and was awarded the Distinguished Service Award for his work as an associate editor and writer. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park Campus, in 2004. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Maryland, and is admitted to the United States Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the District of Maryland.
